I had the fried fish and it was delicious. My hesitation to offer five stars is due to its bait and switch advertising. Prices are not visible . Only 2 out of five listed fish apply to the outside sandwich board special - the sides are tiny portions and to upgrade to a decent portion is a third of the entire cost of their special - after 5pm the eatery appeared empty - it seems it may be a place where patrons order to go - although the inside is spacious and clean and is minutes...read full review

I ordered a 20-piece family meal. Catfish and Redsapper mix. Collard greens and yams for the sides. The fish had a nice golden brown finish. The fish was good, but it could use more seasoning. The greens had a vinegar taste, no smoked meat flavor. The yams were good.

The fish was very good seasoning however I didn't care for the shrimp no seasoning was kind of overcooked for me and the wait time was very long. The cashier picks and chooses who he wants to give free drinks to.
