“Customer service definitely overshadows the food! Waiting several minutes to get a soda refill when there are NO customers at the counter is just ridiculous. It takes a really long time to place your order (add additional time to cook it - which I understand since it's fresh).Food handling - the person cooking & prepping the food, also takes orders and handles money with the same gloves!When we finally got our food, everything was hot. The fries were really good and perfectly seasoned. I ordered a turkey burger, which was moist and also had a good flavor. They offered a free refill on fountain drinks while dining inside, although it may take a few minutes for someone to come to the counter to help you.Overall we were satisfied with our meal. Everything was good, but I doubt I'll wait that long again for a burger.“
“This is the usual 5 Guys experience. Peanuts to eat while waiting. Three of us got a double burger each and one medium - any other place but 5 Guys would call it large - order of fries, light (regular) on the Cajun spices. We got shakes, too. Gotta go for the complete experience. As expected, it was all delicious. Easy access to 5 Guys restaurant from outside the mall or inside. Go get 'em!“

“I love little hole in the wall places like these because the food is always homier and great comfortable atmosphere as opposed to the high traffic, high priced and sub par food chain restaurants or cafes. The service and food were flavorful, fresh and delicious. The server (female) provided above and beyond customer service and made me feel welcome. Please give her a raise! “So I am obsessed with teriyaki and you must know that I loved the Long Beach location. When they closed it down, I was sad and distraught on where to go now. When I found out they were opening up a new location not to far from me, I was filled with pure joy. We were in the area contemplating what to eat. First thing that came ot my mind was, of course, teriyaki. So we decided to make a stop. Like at any other location, the food was delicious. I ordered the chicken bowl with fries. Their fries are one of my faves because they season them with perfection. The new location was very clean and like always, the staff was amazing. They made our food fast and even though it was a Friday night, we were services quickly. The cooks definitely hustle back there in the kitchen. So if you are in the area maybe after a day of shopping and want a quick bite, I suggest this place because you can't go wrong and PLUS the food is delicious.“
“I have been coming to this foster freeze since I was 12 years old. And the same people still work here and they are just as nice as I remember them even if they don't remember me. I recommend their big boss burger it's my favorite and it's one of my top ten favorite burgers. I also like their banana splits and banana shakes. Dipped cones are a must have as well. “I'be beeb coming here several times a month for ~4 years. The steak is never cooked wrong. When I order my bacon crispy, it's always perfect. The soda fountain always has enough syrup. The fries are always crisp and delicious. No other diner in the area is this consistent.“
“Went through the drive-thru today, expecting an average interaction at the drive-thru. The person working the window was very pleasant and helpful and gave recommendations on the sauces. Once I got home with the food. We were actually surprised that the sourdough jacks weren’t the usual soggy sandwiches but were actually put together well and had a nice toasted butter flavor to the bread. The tacos also seemed to have fresh lettuce! We were VERY surprised with the quality of this order. This Jack In the Box impressed my family!!“
“I've been here twice now after 9pm and have found the ever elusive Oreo shake....shhh let's not scare it folks, wouldn't want it to disappear like they do 9 out of 10 locations after 9pm. Besides that I've only had a few orders of tacos from here and they were good. The Hispanic lady at the drive-through window is nice, polite, and muy hermoso .
