After having an online order getting cancelled at 10:00 am, 11/17/23 I immediately called customer service and was given the phone number of the store. I spoke to Susana and explained my situation, she assured me to place my order again and she'd work on it. Only been here the one time but it has a drive through and it's reliable KFC food...for me it was good and as expected. I asked for French fries and got mashed potatoes so took a star off for that...
