Went to this establishment for dinner thinking it was another restaurant. We called on the way to the place because it was late and everyone was closing by 8pm. It was a Sunday night. The guy on the phone was very pleasant and you could hear in the background they were very busy. The food was very good just a little salty for me but I don't eat a lot of salt so that doesn't count. The portions were very hearty and the price very reasonable compared to other soul food restaurants....read full review
I tried calling for one hour, when I got through, it hung up on me. The second time it went to voicemail saying it was full. I really try to patronize black owned businesses, but sometimes they make it really difficult to support them.

I have been coming here for years, now that they have gotten rid of this young female working there the service is 200% better. Everyone smiles, which is a good thing. I love the ox tails. My father loves the liver and onions, and my husband loves the pork chops. Their turkey chops are ? You won't be disappointed.
