I wish I can give more stars . I just went in and there was a looooooong line. The person preparing the sandwiches was by himself. I caught his name tag because I feel he deserves to be acknowledged for his patience and how fast he was working to speed up the line . I've been going to this subway for my lunch for over a year and I don't think I've ever had a bad experience till now. I understand that it's just sandwiches but I didn't think that getting an attitude was on the menu too. This girl named "Marlene" was pretty rude to me. When she was almost done with my sandwich I politely asked her if she could add more lettuce to it and she just gave me this look like if it was such a HUGE TASK. It's a shame that this is the nearest location for me throughout my day. I come here all of the time but merely for convenience. The lunch crew is mediocre at best in terms of speed. This location is close to a lot of corporate businesses so you'd think they'd have a decent lunch staff. The night staff is so incredibly slow that I've left while in line more times than I can count.
