We've gone to the location by Ross twice this week and a pleasant surprise, the pretzels were soft and fresh, and the mango boba slushie was on point! Now that's the WP I remember!
So I guess they must have changed their employees because my service here was great! Let me start of by the pretzels was FRESHHHHHH! It was very delicious and customer service was great!

Fortunately, a lady on the counter was nice.I haven't been Wetzel's Pretzels before. I even didn't know what pretzel was.... She told me about their menus nicely and provided a good service.A dip source of jalapeño cheese is good. Plain pretzels are also good. Its texture is like a bagel.I hope they keep their good services for good.
