We recently moved to Palm Springs and were looking for an all you can eat sushi. Looks like thats not common here. We decided to give Memo's a try and we were pleasantly surprised. They have a lot of options. The sashimi was fresh, the rolls were delicious and their portions are very generous. We thought it would be another place like Culichitown, IT IS NOT! Food was pretty good, although the middle of the Horacio roll was really slimy. My fault for ordering the wrong thing though. Everything else was good. Plus, there were mints by the door. Real nice decorations too.

The sushi, service and ambiance are all decent if you're looking for sushi. The server gave us edamame on the house which was super nice. The place is a bit run down which kept this review minus a star.
