Saturday afternoon in Palm Springs and had a craving for good Mexican food. We were looking to try someplace we hadn't been to before and having passed Salsas many times, we decided to give it a try. Salsas is located in a small strip mall in Cathedral City, not far from downtown Palm Springs. Parking in the strip mall lot was easy. We travel a lot and this is hands down the best most authentic Mexican food we’ve ever had. You can tell everything from the ceviche, to the poblano cream sauce, to the steak was made fresh and with the highest quality ingredients!! I didn’t catch our severs name, but she was amazing! We are only here for two days, but will definitely be coming back!!

Loved my Cadillac Margarita and ala carte taco! Would have taken a photo but it was so good, I didn't have time. Sitting at their bar is the best! Surpassed my expectations!! How? Salsa and chips were the bomb! Loved the heat from the salsa and it's mild with much flavor. Hate Tex-Mex and this place is so so so much more! Yes, it's on the smaller size however don't let that fool you on the flavor, food or drinks!!
