RUN, do not walk to this intimate restaurant with BIG BOLD flavors and authentic recipes!! Thank goodness for our Yelp peeps, because we were in the desert for a Tournament and found this restaurant. My BFF is from New Orleans and because of her I've been able to enjoy authentic, delicious southern home-cooked food and the young lady holding down the kitchen (please forgive me for not remembering your name) seriously "put her foot" in these dishes!! I grew up in east Texas, in the cajun food corridor between Houston and New Orleans. Now I live in Western Canada, which means that I can't get the food I grew up with. Luckily, we winter in Palm Springs and I happened to see the big "CRAWFISH" banner as I drove by and made sure to return and check them out. I'm glad I did! OMG the Shrimp and creamy grits and the hush puppies were so good, someone commented on the location which is not the best but with food this good you will figure it out and find a place to park. Even the lemonade was good. But you better be quick they close at 1500!!!
