I usually go to this restaurant for lunch and this is the second time my order has been messed up. I understand fast food and customer service in general can be hectic but cmon you have order screens and receipts to reference when making the food and still mess up ? I asked for extra onions and no pickles and got the opposite. The time before i ordered the same and they gave me a whole different order and spoke to me like i was in the wrong telling me i was charged for the order...read full review

I didn't have a chance too eat but I Love McDonald's ! It's a GREAT Franchise ! U go for the food Especially the fries ? ! The employee There was Really NICE & Understanding !

I would have a better rating but it came down to customer service. It was free French fries Friday. The app was cliching and they didn't want to honor their promotion because of it. It was there ap having technical difficulty no fault of the customers in the store. Otherwise food was good and location clean.
