Good visit! I usually go for the cookies! They are great along with the famous cinnabon they make here! Customer service is good. I never had an issue coming here and its best to stick with the items in the window as they have a quick turnover to guarantee freshness.I don't know about the pre-packed items how long they actually been sitting out in boxes for sale. Prices are a bit high for $4 dollar cookies and $7 dollar cinnabon but ok to come once in awhile for a dessert after...read full review

Quick and easy to grab and go. Came in to claim the free 4 minibons. So warm but didn't eat right away. Will come back to get more rolls and drinks especially as an afternoon snack for the kids. Those on diet....stay away...or....come and eat. Fill up your tummy with comfort eats. Lol

Not two stars because their product is so good (5 stars). Not 4 or 5 stars because when I called the person just said "hello?" I asked if this is Cinnabon. They said yes. I asked when they closed. He said, "Maybe 8." I asked maybe 8. He said yeah, maybe 8. Then I said, "ok thanks." He just hung up. I love Cinnabon! I hope they train their workers better on customer service and phone etiquette, especially during COVID19, because their food is so good
