The bread and sauces were good. I had the Saltado chicken which was underwhelming. The flavor was decent, but the chicken was like rubber. I saw that it was chicken breast which might explain why it was so dry. Chicken thigh would have worked better. It was so bad that I stopped eating it. Maybe the cook had a bad day. My family and I love coming here to eat. In fact, we dine in and also order online. To our surprise, in one of the orders we placed for a chupe de camarones, there was no soup. It was basically just rice and vegetables, but no soup. I called the restaurant to ask for the soup to be replaced, and to my surprise, the person who answered the phone did not apologize.
