Excellent pho! Best broth I can remember. The service was also excellent and very friendly. It's worth the drive and the wait. The Yelp waiting line feature was very accurate and helpful

I always come out of here rolling with their delicious appetizer fries and bottomless noodles. This is hands down the best Pho spot I've ever been to and specially drive out from San Diego to eat here. The broth is super rich and flavorful while still being super clean. Their meats are also high quality and absolutely falls off the bone. I also got a free Lychee Lemonade for checking in and it was delicious. Love love love it here. My fav restaurant!

5/5 stars! Came here last week while I was visiting family in Irvine and I am shook! I've been wanting to try Vox Kitchen for years now but living on the other coast and only in Irvine for a brief time I'm visiting has made it hard to make the drive to Fountain Valley. I was so excited to hear that Sup was by the same owners! My sister - who is a home baker/cook (winner of Food Network's Holiday Baking Championship '20, shameless plug) - told me Vox Kitchen was so-so so, she was a bit skeptical about the place. My mother, aka the pickiest lady with the weakest stomach you will ever meet, was also skeptical as she is sensitive to MSG and most anything super greasy will upset her stomach. They even gave this place 2 thumbs up! You can easily get an authentic bowl of pho anywhere in Irvine for like a good $8-10 dollars so when we looked at the menu and saw the $16 price tag, everyone was like how good could it really be. Spoiler alert, it could be really good. It was me, my mother, sister, brother-in-law and their 7 mo old bb. They were accommodating with our stroller and let us sit closest to the entrance where there was the most space! Service was friendly - maybe not the most attentive - but by no means bad! We started with the egg rolls, which where delicious - although I do wish they provided more veggies on the side - and shared the garlic noodles with prawns, yum!! We each also got separate, different bowls of pho. I got the short ribs which were delicioso, my sister got the rib bones, my BIL got combo and my mom got the veg. All were great! If I were to go back, I'd def get the rib bones. I made the mistake of looking at the other reviews before ordering which said that the meat on the rib bones did not fall off but I can 100% def do indeed fall off lol. The broth wasn't greasy and tasted clean. It's the worst when you drink pho broth and it leaves a film in your mouth or when you can taste the msg *blegh*. Anyways, I def recco this place and will def be back when I'm visiting again!

First and foremost, the staff here is absolutely amazing. They were efficient and quite accommodating of our party of seven. As a warning, you should be prepared to wait as they do not accept reservations and are in high demand. For a Friday dinner around 7 PM, our wait was just shy of an hour and certainly well worth it. If the staff does not win you over, the food will. Just to back it up, we have been wanting to come here ever since the original location opened up in Buena Park and finally, today was the day. We ordered the Truffle Fries, Pho, and House Garlic Noodles. Something you do not hear quite often - the fries were not greasy. That alone was a big win in our book. For our pho, we ordered the rib bones (because you have to) and the filet mignon. We were so impressed at how tender both meats were, not to mention how easily the meat came off of the bones. The House Garlic Noodles were one of the best we have ever had. We have not been disappointed by any of Sup's sister restaurants and were certainly not disappointed by our experience here. We highly recommend giving it a try, at least to taste what all the hype is about.

The loma saltado is a very solid choice you could not go wrong with. Rice, steak, fries, shallots, cooked with their special sauce. That is a beautiful combination. Don't know about you guys, but a guilty pleasure I used to have as a kid was eating fries with rice. Might sound unorthodox, but you guys should definitely try it, especially with all the modifications made in this dish. Can't go wrong with their beef bone rib pho, the beef bone itself is super tender. The soup is more enhanced since i'm pretty sure the beef was cooked with the broth together. Lastly, free refill. Their golden bao is a solid choice you can get if you are still a bit hungry, but full, if you know what I mean.

The owners at SUP Noodle Bar (Stand Up Paddle noodles) get it. They give to their customers what they want: great food, clean atmosphere and modern dining technology for reservations. It is a narrow and long restaurant with high ceilings, all done in a modern industrial style that is also warm at the same time. The kitchen is right there for all so see, which I love. They serve Vietnamese Asian Fusion dishes that are all full of exotic flavor and tastefully arranged. It's new, it's fresh, it's super clean. Sign up online, wait your turn, show up, and they seat you. Love it. They even give out freebies for checking in with Yelp. You get a scratcher ticket for something free. Again, thoughtful and exciting. We tried almost all the dishes there. Their steak is inexpensive and flavorful and served on a bed of fried rice or noodles. Everything is seasoned well. The steak is tender, seasoned well, and cooked over an open flame. You are spending $28 for a steak in a steak restaurant would be twice as much. The star of the show is the Pho. The broth is incredible and the noodles are perfect. If you want more noodles, you can have more, free. This is one of the true jewels of Irvine.

Extra noodles for all pho orders? Yes please! Do note that there may be a decent wait time to dine here and a decent wait for your extra noodles to arrive, but it's worth it! Otherwise, standard pho place that's pretty clean and such. Family friendly if you have a toddler that will probably just eat the extra noodles your pho comes with

Good pho. Its pretty cool that the pho comes with endless noodles so you know you will never leave this place without a full stomach. I came here twice now. Since I originally tried their pho the shaken style (grilled onions--yum!) I can't ever get their normal style pho. I think its totally worth the additional 50 cents for the extra flavor it brings. I got the shaken house fries with my partner last time and it was really good! Perhaps a tad too savory for me with all the toppings and sauce. Definitely a good appetizer for a party of 4 from the size of the plate. Maybe also on the greasy side, but I can totally see myself ordering it again LOL. Oh and the pho this time seem to be a bit sweet ... I don't know if was like that originally or maybe after eating the shaken house fries? Either way, I plan to eventually come back and try their garlic noodles next time. Excellent customer service both times I been there. Tip - Check their live wait times. I came here on a rather late Friday afternoon the first time and there was still an estimated 1 hour wait time. Anyway I managed to get seated in 30 minutes since I was only a party of 1 and took a bar seat

I've been wanting to try Sup Noodle Bar for a while and happened to pass through Irvine on my way home from San Diego and checked it out. Once we got within 5 mi. parameter of the restaurant we quickly Yelp waitlisted as we were on our way there. Waitlist is an absolute must because it's about 40 minutes wait vs. 2+ hours on a holiday not too long after they open. We got the golden bao, eggroll, beef bone pho and prawn garlic noodles. Lychee lemonade was on the house with Yelp check-in. Everything tasted good, especially the garlic noodles. The prawns are cooked nicely and dipping it with the green sauce that came with it was tasty. However, the only let down is the beef bone that came with the pho. It's not tender and it's just messy to eat since you have to gnaw it off while holding the bone with your hands. The pho broth and noodles are totally fine so I would just skip the beef bone next time altogether. The service was good as well. The restaurant workers are very attentive and great attitude. Overall I'd come back just for the garlic noodles alone.

My new favorite pho place out-beating pho79! This is pricier but it's worth it for the quality meat and consistency, which I thought pho79 lacked. The broth here is perfect, I am a pho purist and don't season my broth. I do miss the more traditional ingredients like tripe. Do yourself a favor and check in on Yelp and get a free lychee soda, you're welcome! I will admit I got it doordashed for the first time this week and the to-go order was not nearly as good as dine-in. It's great that they have a virtual waitlist at the Irvine location too.

This is my favorite pho restaurant. I love the shaken short rib pho! The flavors combination of the broth mixed with red onion and chive is crazy good. I'm in love with this fusion place! Their garlic noodles are some of the best I've ever had especially with the beef. They refill your noodles for free if you dine in which is cool! Please try this place if you haven't already!!

Food here is so good! Really nice location and fast service. Pho Dac Biet (combination) - got this Shaken Style (includes some aromatics for a more smoky distinctive Northern flavor, with garlic, scallion, and apparently bone marrow oil - which they probably make in-house). This had a really nice flavor and the broth was delicious. They bring refills of noodles and broth if needed and I definitely made use of this - nice touch! Lomo Saltado - got this with filet mignon, and it was incredible! This was also my first time having lomo saltado, and I loved how they did it here - nice flavor of the beef, great fries, and the dish came out very hot and fresh. GAve me a high standard for lomo saltado going forward.

Have been here a few times with my girlfriend, and we have never had a bad time here! Service has always been good with friendly waitstaff. The food and drinks are well above average. I get the spam fried rice and I couldn't get enough of it. A pretty big portion and the price is quite reasonable. My girlfriend got the Lomo Saltado and it was extremely good. The meat was tender and the flavor was very good. Both the Thai Tea and Lychee Lemonade were good. The Thai Tea was good, but the Lychee Lemonade is unique and something I look forward to ordering every time I go there.

If you're feeling noodles and soup, Sup Noodle Bar (as the name suggests) is a great place to go. They offer unlimited noodles on their dine-in Pho, so if you're carb-loading for any athletic event, this is a great option to consider. Their broth is flavorful and you have the option to make it "Shaken Style," which adds scallions and onion fried in bone marrow - highly recommend. They have really good beef-belly fries, which can serve as a meal on their own. Can honestly be eaten as a meal on their own. Be sure to try the "Anthony Bourdain" style Pho, which is on the secret menu.
