I can't believe it took me this long to eat from here. These are the best Al pastor tacos in Chico. I'm originally from LA, and moving here to Chico was definitely hard, especially when thinking about all the good food trucks I was leaving behind. I've tried many Mexican food places here and all of them come up short with flavor, juiciness, and even the portions of meat to tortilla. This place has all of it and then some. Please don't sleep on this!!!
I've come to this food truck several times and I've tried the tacos, which are delicious regardless of your meat and salsa choices. I could eat like 5 and not get sick of them. I love the spiciness of the food, not too much, just enough to give you the kick you need and still be able to savor the ingredients. I also like their nachos. Was an amazing 65° sunny December day and the tacos that Florencio served me were absolutely mouthwatering and delicious anytime I want taco. This is the stand I will come to. I highly recommend it that El Pastor is my favorite.
