“Today 02/19/2023 I placed an order of a chicken curry a la carte,extra side order of rice and an extra order of naan I believed they would not mess up my order due to me always having ordered this and I would receive all my items. Today I did not and I am very upset. Can't seem to trust the restaurants to give you what you payed for.01/21/24Once again ordered the chicken curry a la carte definitely spicier than I remembered but I am happy and satisfied with my order always great and delicious food definitely deserves the 5 stars“
“New location in the parking lot of Spike's Bottle Shop(1270 East First Street at the intersection of Village Lane, caddy corner from In Motion Fitness). Hence the three stars for atmosphere. It is just a liquor store parking lot, but what food truck has nice atmosphere? None I have ever been to.Great food with reasonable prices.I like everything I have tried, which is most of the menu. My go-to is the chicken wrap. The gyro quesadilla is really good, too. It is listed as an appetizer, but it is a large and filling quesadilla.The burgers are also very good, but they have a Mediterranean flavor, so don't expect the typical taste of your standard American burger.The chicken sandwich is dark meat, which I prefer, but I think it is worth noting so people do not expect the standard white meat chicken patty.As far as I can tell, there is only one person who works there(the owner), and he makes everything fresh to order, so I recommend calling your order in ahead of time. It will take 15-20 minutes(or more if you order a lot and/or they are really busy) to be ready. I see this as a plus. Most food trucks have everything premade and simply assemble ingredients instead of making it for you when ordered. I have watched him meticulously plating food with great care. It is clear he takes a lot pride in his cuisine and cares for the customer's satisfaction immensely.The owner is always very polite and friendly and has a very warm and welcoming smile.Solid Five Star food truck, and some of the best food I have had in Chico.I have recommended it to every one I work with. Several people have tried it and they all love it.Don't miss out on this gem of a food truck!Parking: Plenty of parking in the lot they are in.Wheelchair accessibility: It is in a parking lot, so it is very wheelchair accessible.“
“We drove 1.5 hours to see if Chico had any vegan food. Gogi's Cafe was 100% worth the drive, and we will definitely be coming back. This was easily the best Indian food we've had in a very long time. The owners were so sweet and welcoming. It was a treat to chat with them as they were closing up.They have a great variety of vegan options, and they also have a buffet on Saturdays!“
