Ok I came here specifically for the Khao Piek Sen which is a Lao chicken noodle soup, and I was not disappointed. The noodles are made fresh. I asked for a wedge of lime, added fish sauce, chili oil, soy sauce and hoisin sauce and it was FIRE. Try it like that if you decide to go. Felt like trying a new Pho place and decided Kathy's was the one! They definitely didn't disappoint. I love that they have the garlic inside their pho which was new to me, it added a nice flavor. Their meat was excellent quality as well. Wasn't used to the way they made the crab ragoons but it added to the fun of trying a new place. We ordered the combo 1 and the ka piak. The chicken and the beef were a bit dry and I wouldnt recommend it.Ka piak however was good. Ive had ka piak from other places, not many variations of this recipe so it was exactly what we imagined.
