I had a coupon for a footlong sub, when I went to pay for my sandwich I was informed that this store is not a "participating location" and that I would have to buy a "bag of chips and drink" to use the coupon. Now if that meant for my coupon to be valid I would have to make that additional purchase that wouldn't make sense because all of a sudden then it's a participating location? I believe I might have misunderstood what the employee said, but even so I've been to Subway locations...read full review
Kinda a weird experience. The person behind the counter greeted us with a notepad and took our order like a waiter. Then made our sandwiches from her notes. It was strange and uncommon. It is nice to see the sandwich fixings as it’s being made. Not a fan of this new process.
