It was my first time there, the service wasn't as good because of the long wait, they got my order wrong, and when they gave me the food, the sauce and oil were spilling from the bag. Food wise, it wasn't appetizing, as the wings were cold.
Filthy. There was an absolutely unacceptable mess everywhere. There was moderate service, at best. Our food took a long time. The wings tasted okay, but the fries were bad. (Sour and soggy)Kid-friendliness: Dirty with homeless vagrants lurking around. I wouldn't want to bring my kid here.

Consistently poor timing with orders. I make an order in person, I wait an hour. Make an online pick up, end up waiting an hour. Make a doordash order, the dasher wastes their time and waits an hour. I get it, I'm in college so I understand but I still do my job in a timely manner.
