There is no service if you go inside...with prices rising due to minimum wage rising they claim, you don't even have a person taking your order. You have to order on a screen which is ridiculous, if I knew that I could have ordered from work then went to go get it instead of wasting time...and since when is the craving box over $15?!...I'm hearing prices are still supposed to go up in April, if that's true someone please help us in California...the rate this is going no one can...read full review
No one came to counter had to use the touch screen to order! Was not given any napkins with order & napkin holders were all empty. Had to go to the counter to get napkins. Worst Taco Bell that I have been too & I am 81 & a long time customer!
First of all Alondra’s customer service was extremely rude. The line was long in the drive thru she had me back out and come inside and once I did she was rude explaining their “policy”. I came inside and everything but still slow service and even worse customer service. She tried to fix it afterwards by sending a manager who was even worse at being considerate and just thanking me and explaining with care.
