The only place I have had Pan Roast is in Las Vegas and it was delicious but let me tell you The Boiler is so much better. In Vegas its always a 2 to 3 hours wait time but at The Boiler you can sit at the bar or grab a table. The employees are friendly and the food makes you happy. Qaint little restaurant with wrap around bar to watch chef make your gumbo or other wonderful looking dish in their kettles. One kettle dish feeds 2 people. Good vibe. Worth a try.Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs and inside was spacious enough to get around.

There is simply no other place that could offer such tasty pan roast in the east area. Anything similar will be Vegas. However, at a slow Sunday night, the service is mediocre. I understand cost issues, but it is a sit-down restaurant, after all.
