“This is a great family owned hole in the wall sandwich eatery. Everything is fresh! You can basically build your own sandwich if you don't see something on the menu. Also if you like a lot of meat ask for double or extra meat it still will be cheaper than jersey mikes let's say without extra meat.“

“This is the best Jersey Mike's in Chino and the surrounding area. The place is always clean, the employees are very nice, the employees function as a team to get through rushes. They communicate with each other so well to make sure everything functions properly. I wish communication was this good at my work. The food is amazing and this is my store. It is a little further from my house but worth it.“
“We’ve been eating these sandwiches from this and other Lee’s sandwich shops for many years. There are served quickly and not heavy. The only minor complaint is that there were no pastries today, which I always get when I come to this tiny shop. There were outdoor seating to eat your sandwich and enjoy some sun.“

When I called back the rep who answered, Anthony, he mis-handled the call and stuation from the beginning by the way he answered the phone, his lack of enthusiasm, authenticity and customer service, and he became confrontational so I ended up dealing with the manager, Raquel. Raquel and Darian took care of me and my household from start to finish: making our meals, to resolving a minor issue after I got home. Highly recommend, will be coming back. Save for a bad employee who only seems to be there for the paycheck, excellent-fresh-tasty-food. Thank you Raquel and Darian. FYI I had the pizza sub... D-lish!!“

“I'm a vegetarian and I love sandwiches.Throw some veggies and cheese on bread and I don't need more than that. This place goes way beyond my standard - they have so many vegetarian options and my sandwich was delicious! New favorite sandwich place.They are unfortunately expensive ($18 for one sandwich and small bag of chips) so not somewhere that I would go regularly for lunch. Therefore, I took off one star. But 5 stars for food and service.“
