I live in IB, NC local at heart, and I'll tell the tacos out in IB suck. Burros and Fries is definitely a great escape from the wanna-bes. Great taste, texture, and presentation. I love what Burros and Fries is doing here. Highly recommend, folks. Munchos Gracia for the awesome food!
If the cook Junito is making your grub then it's top notch. On presentation alone I give 6 out of 5 stars. This cook knows that you eat with your eyes first. To Junito, you got the potential to be a chingon chef.

Love this restaurant!I usually order the machaca plate in the mornings and can say it is absolutely delicious every time. Prices are very reasonable and the staff are all very friendly. The dining area is always clean with plenty of salsa and carrots at your fingertips.
