Easy spot for good pho in Chula Vista. Has a section of the menu specific for vegetarian options, including a veggie pho with vegetable broth. Service was good and tofu spring rolls were absolutely delicious. Vegetarian pho was okay, but the rare steak pho was the better option.Street parking available in front.
I came to try my Rare Steak Phõ with the Pork and Shrimp Spring Rolls. The Spring Rolls were very good though it was a thicker rice paper then I'm use to and it was a perfect peanut butter sauce.The flavor was good here and I was happy with that but so far out of the places I have been they gave me the least amount of noodles and steak. I have been coming here for years and love this place. It is the best pho in San Diego. My favorite is the pho curry chicken amazing dish that will leave you 100% satisfied and then some. Everything else is amazing too. The best part is the people. They are so sweet and nice andthe cook is amazing. And he remembered me after Covid ended and I returned! And my daughter said it was the best pho she’s ever had.
