I love third avenue and Talavera really brings the community together for food that makes you feel like you're home. I brought my family here and they enjoyed everything. Even my cousin enjoyed her pancakes! The menudo was HUGE but so good and I ate myself into a fat nap. I wish the wait wasn't so long to get in, we waited about an hour but it was a busy Sunday afternoon. Families galore! I will dream of the chilaquiles here for the rest of my life. Legitimately one of the best meals I’ve ever had. The steak, the eggs, the beans, the creamy poblano sauce, the cheese, the potatoes, the chips. Just go here. You won’t be disappointed.

Go early if want to get a table! 100% worth the wait though. Food is authentic and tastes amazing and at a reasonable price. The staff is all great and make you feel at home. Will definitely come again.
