I went in for a pickup order and they told me 15 minutes okay no problem. Then I come back in and another girl says oh it will be another 15 minutes I'm like no I was already told 15 minutes she goes back and ask again and comes back and says 5 minutes. I'm like okay but no it was another 12 minutes before I got my actual food. My problem was the communication. Don't tell customers 15 minutes knowing its going to be 30 minutes. The service was horrible, we were standing there for maybe 10 minutes waiting for someone to take our order. 10 minutes later one of the employees tells us he can’t take our order so we have to order it online. They had three people working and one of them was just putting stickers on the bags like um why couldn’t you take our order? There wasn’t even people inside the location. Complete waste of time. Horrible service!

TERRIBLE WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAINWAITED AN HOUR FOR 10 WINGS AND WATCHED A DOZEN PEOPLE COME IN FOR PICK UP ORDERS WHO STILL WAITED AFTER THEY ARRIVED THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THIS HAPPENED EITHER... RIDICULOUS EXCUSE FOR BUSINESS... I've been to many wing stops they never are that bad even when swamped
