They know what they are doing and I wish them the best of success. We are forever customers now. When we sat down, Carmelita, explained everything about the menu, what is great, what she loves, what is popular, and what she thinks we like. We ended up having a Cesar salad, and 2 pizzas ( names under pictures). From the first bite, my eyes closed, and it was bliss. The dough was light and airy, the crust was full of flavor, and each bite takes you to another world. They know what they are doing and we met the chef to thank him for what he did. The food was unique I chose my wife's plate as well as mine you had two choices. I chose the one with a fluffy bread like shell for a taco stuffed with meat and sauce and vegetables. It also came with a beet salad and I have to say it was one of the best things I have tasted and I don't Carr for the dirt tasting vegetable, but it was well prepared with sauce and spice yum. It also came with a bowl of Ramen with porkbelly meat and the soup flavor was so so so good.,but wait there's more it also came with a desert of your choice my wife chose the ice cream ball it was a generous scoop of vanilla ice cream inside a chocolate brownie..yum I got the donutholes stuffed with tiramisu the espresso and ittalian custard had such flavor yum...While eating we also purchased 4 beers 2 ciders and 2 of there in house made beer..I will definitely be coming back. “Matteo's Pizza & Bistro is a lovely classy restaurant that has a beautiful indoor and outdoor dining area. I especially love to come here on warm summer nights and sit outside with the hanging bulbed lights, water wall and lush vegetation surrounding the outdoor patio area. It's wicked pleasant. Their menu is a good size and they offer specials and change up dishes based on whats in season. I really like their pasta dishes especially. This visit I hot the scallops and they were summer yummy and sliced like butter. I also got to try the salmon tacos which were good and satisfying and their roasted beet salad. That reminds me, I love their salads too. They also sell wine and if there's a wait it's fun to wander around their wine display and check out the different labels. Wonderful servers too and host. “We went in last night with a group of 15 people and they seated us within 30 minutes, which worked out great because I had arrived 30 minutes ahead of the group! They split our group between two staff who were very attentive to us. We were there to celebrate 3 birthdays, 1 of which was our mom who passed away on 3/16. Olive Garden was one of her favorite restaurants and I ordered her favorite dish, the Tour of Italy. It did not disappoint! We were seated immediately in a large booth (good for plus size too). The food was decent I wouldn't say the best but it was good. The price was very reasonable we got the family meal which was a large one topping pizza, garlic or pesto chips, and a large salad. (Garlic chips are really like a thin small garlic cheese pizza but they are really good) Parking is right in front or on the street or if you are okay with a little walk it's down the street. Very pleasant and attentive. He checked with us frequently to see if we needed anything and was prompt with bringing our food which was excellent. I had eggplant parmesan with polenta and my wife had tortellini alfredo. Both were very tasty and plentiful. We had enough left over for lunch today.
