Ordered Nacho Fries on their app and order tracker showed order ready. Went 2 pick it up but was told not ready yet even though tracking said yes. Waited and waited. Finally one of the workers told me that my Fries was waiting 2 be picked up. News to me. Fries are now cold, so asked for a new order and they happily made it 4 me. Excellent customer service

Let me tell you about my experience at Taco Bell; i just want to say the customer service I recieved today was excellent by far any Taco Bell I visited. I had children with complicated orders and they were very patient. Not only was my order took with patience my order came out perfectly with no errors and came faster than usual. Our visit today here was good no issues. The mail area this sits in is kinda dead but it is nice that there are a few places still operating for the amount of foot traffic. The food was good and made just as we wanted.All was great thanks for the quick food and fast service!
