Authentic Taiwanese cuisine highly recommended to everyone whose craving for Taiwanese food. Everything is tasty. My favorite - 台式雞卷 Taiwanese Chicken Roll, 蚵仔酥 Fried Oyster, 酥炸臭豆腐 Fried Stinky Tofu, 客家小炒 Hakka Stir-Fry, 五更腸旺 Even Intestinal Flourishing, 三杯大會串 Three Cups of String, 腐乳炒空心菜 Stir-Fry Water Spinach, 干筍元膀心, 或+面線。 Serve free tasty house soup during weekday only.
Excellent dishes all round from this Taiwanese restaurant. The decor is sparse but the food certainly made up for it. Dishes of note were the drunken chicken. Lobster salad and loofah soup. There were many other dishes I would like to try but so many dishes and only one tinny stomach.

We have been wanting to try Maru One, a Taiwanese restaurant, for awhile but never go the chance until today. They are located to the left of Sam Ash, in the same plaza strip of The Home Depot, but further to the left. I did not know what to expect but the interior was very sleek and modern. Plenty of tables and neatly spread apart. I really expected a typical interior with the normal furniture, but was pleasantly surprised.
