I made a reservation yesterday for dinner at 7.00pm for 9 people with Nadine, who I believe is the Manageress. When we went today with my relatives who came from abroad and told the lady at the counter about my reservation, she at once loudly said I don’t have a reservation under your name or any reservation for 9 people at 7pm. Visited Red lobster on 12/16/23 around 5:00pm no wait time we were seated as soon as we walked through the doors and we were greeted. Our waitress was attentive and helpful with questions we had. We ordered the lobster it was delicious especially with the butter. My mom loved her salmon and lobster.
