I placed my order close to 5pm today. Waited for 17 mins. Grab my order and go home. Around 6:30 pm dinner time, open the bag and I got two of the same Korean BBQ instead of Hawaiian. I called in, and the staff said to call back tomorrow. I asked for the manager and kept telling me to just call back tomorrow. Then i asked for his name and just put me on hold and hung up. So rude. bad service the employees are not educated in treating customers you order online and you just want to take your order to leave and you need your soda from the fountain it turns out that they make you wait until they put all the spare parts in the machine and the employee is very slow and uneducated How sad the youth in these times

If this wasn’t the only Wingstop around, they’d be done. The food is always average, and I’ve never gone there without them either messing up the order or completely missing items that I’ve paid for.Check your order before you leave- especially when you’re ordering online or through Uber. They just don’t care and don’t mind because people keep coming back.
