Leaving a low review due to service and atmosphere. Ordered online walked in to get my order and they tell me that one of the items I ordered was out of stock, not a big problem, but when I asked for a refund on said item the employee said that they couldn't refund and wouldn't give me a reason. They ended up substituting for another. Service was terrible even for the people waiting in line. Place smelled like moldy clothes. It was good, but this chain used to be so much better when they first appeared in California. Food seems very commercial and processed . Was so much better when they first started.

This place sucks. It’s mid at best. Long wait time even though no one is there. Young kids working and always messing around. Boba machine has been broken for 6 months. Always running out of noodles. Not going back due to poor service.
