We had the best time touring, planning, and experiencing our wedding at OSM. The venue is beautiful and our guests had an amazing time. Our coordinator, Amy, made the potentially overwhelming wedding planning experience so great by being responsive, friendly, thoughtful and oh so organized! She ran our rehearsal with a large bridal party with ease. The day of the wedding, she met me in the bridal suite and showed me some pictures of the setup to confirm things were looking as I hoped. Her attention to detail was amazing. She was communicative at every step of the way. She and the whole team at OSM were a treat to work with, and made our wedding a stress free and amazing day:

Beautiful location inside and out. Wine was very tasty, service was on point. Charcuterie was amazing, for kept us warm outside. Only recommendation is getting actual bathrooms.

Finally got the Girls Together!!! A mother-daughter eventful wine-tasting date which was well overdue. My 1st time here, 1st experience but, I heard all nice thing's about it. We dressed up a little and had a great time. A beautiful day to hang out together and enjoy what Old Sugar Mill has to offer. There were several wine vendors to choose from. I like that you can get a list of what is offered beforehand so you can decide on how to proceed. We chose 2 different vendors and also had a nice bite to eat on the patio area. Our only complaint would be that we'd love for them to offer indoor seating for customers that purchase food and spend the day at the venue. We had trouble finding seating so that we could eat our food and food is not allowed to be eaten in the main lobby, vestibule, or hall. We were able to get enough seats by bribing the dj outside lol! We asked if we could borrow his chair. He was really sweet. We ordered food from the various food trucks available & the soulfood truck was a hit with their Macaroni and Cheese... We had so much fun at both wine tasting spots. We even thought about ending with a wine slushy that looked so tempting but, we decided against it because we were leaving soon. I can't wait to go back and make more memories I recommend this place to all.We Had So Much Fun!!!
If you're looking for an amazing wedding venue OSM is it! My husband and I recently had our wedding at OSM (early November) and we're still in awe at how stunning this venue is (esp during fall and at esp night). We were looking for a space that was unique, full of charm and character. We didn't want to have to bring a lot into a space to make it look nice. We wanted the space to shine all on its own. Although we live in the Bay Area where there are plenty local venues to choose from... OSM was our dream vibe. The beautiful exposed red brick/industrial vibes, broken old windows, rich history and the dreamy bistro lighting at night was everything and more. We choose to have our ceremony in the gallery, cocktail hour in the French Quarter and our reception in the boiler room. Everyone of our guests could not stop raving about how cool OSM was. We truly cannot express how organized and a well-oiled machine the venue coordination team was... esp Amy! Amy was truly the BEST from start to finish. Despite a few wedding day hiccups (at no fault to OSM) Amy was a complete lifesaver and handled it all with ease! She went above and beyond to help calm my nerves when they were spiking through the roof. My husband and I keep saying how sad we are the day is over (after nearly 15 months of planning) and how much we miss working with Amy. Amy was very engaged, responsive and you can tell she truly LOVES her job. The OSM wedding team was so easy to work with and planned our day from start to finish and had phenomenal preferred vendors. If you're looking for a wedding/event package to make planning your event a breeze you MUST check out OSM! Thank you sooo much OSM and Amy for bringing our dream wedding to reality!

I recently got married in October on Friday the 13th and it was magical. Amy went above and beyond to make sure my husband and I were taken care of. Our friends and family were all in awe and the natural beauty this old factory possessed. My favorite part of the venue was the French Corridor which was an old, rustic looking brick ally way that included hanging ferry lights and warm fire pits. The food was delicious and everyone had an amazing time. The best thing about the old sugar mill when there aren't weddings happening, you can go there and enjoy different types of wines from the multiple wineries that this old sugar houses. I highly recommend visiting this place when you have some free time or if you're looking for a special place to get married. Ask for Amy too! She rocks and kicked ass for the entire event!
