“Great tasting food, cozy and charming location plus friendly and attentive service. It’s what makes a restaurant stand out from all the others. Nicki, the owner, goes above and beyond in making sure her guests are comfortable and satisfied. We’ve had brunch as well as Thai meals. Everything was super delicious! Parking is better than downtown Walnut Creek, Concord or Martinez which is another plus. Keep Skylar Bistro in mind for Art and Wine plus Concerts in the Grove later on.Parking: During festivals and concerts, nearby parking may be hard to find - nothing new there. That’s no reflection on the restaurant. Other times, there’s parking out front or across the street plus the Post Office.”

“I love everything about this place. The food was great, our server was very nice. It is a bit noisy inside. That is my only complaint.Wheelchair accessibility: Placard parking is in the back of the building. And there are only 2 spaces. Not the best.”

“Great pizzas! Young energetic and accommodating staff. Great place to take the kids out to dinner! At the Clayton restaurant there is a small play structure for the little ones, arcade with games for those a little older. (Bring quarters!) Great menu! Pizzas, salads,soups and some pasta. Eating Al fresco during the summer months is perfect.”

“10 stars! The best sandwiches in all of CC County are made here! The staff is very friendly and upbeat- you can tell the crew absolutely love their jobs and! the "decor" in the shop is pretty great! The sandwiches are pretty pricey, but absolutely worth the cost!Oh! And meatball parm.”

“I have a co worker who is dealing with a terminally ill family member. Came on quick and they were getting together last minute to spend time together. Wanted to do something nice for them so looked for places to help cater VERY last minute. I called around 2pm today and was told someone would call me back, could tell from background they were busy. I was nervous cause I needed it for tomorrow. But at 4:30, Nicolas called me and I explained I wanted to take care of this family and needed his help deciding what would work. He was amazing. Picked out exactly what he thought would be needed for a family of 25, adult and kid friendly. But beyond that. The kind words and way he helped me was incredible, getting this all done and taken care of without worry in less than 24 hours. I hung up the phone feeling completely taken care of and full of happy thankful tears. There's no words for how kind Nicolas was and I am so thankful.”

“We really like this newer restaurant located near the Shell station at Clayton and YVR. The tamales are amazing and the refried beans are the tastiest around-we decided to order from here in catering amounts for a large family dinner. So glad to have this yummy choice nearby.”

“Went in on a whim for lunch with a few coworkers. Instantly sold on the chicken curry, was not disappointed. It showed up hot, spicy, and absolutely delicious. 10/10 would totally go again.”

“I have ordered the family meal several times via DoorDash and the food is consistently good. The bbq beef is thinly sliced and tender/flavorful, the fried Island white fish is perfectly fried -- very crispy exterior with moist interior, the galbi ribs are slightly sweet and tasty, the chicken katsu crispy and flavorful (they use chicken thigh meat so it is very moist, not dry). The family meal comes with rice and macaroni salad -- enough food for six. Great value meal! Even with delivery, the fried food is crispy and still warm.”

“I love a good pork(Banh mi) sandwich and have kept an eye out for wear that might be found ? I was delighted to discover this lounge bistro creates an excellent! Sandwich. The bread roll great quality, the pork very flavorful and warm, the vegetable condiments in the sandwich delightful and crunchy ? very pleased. The staff that helped was attentive kind and present. I highly recommend this place for your next Banh mi. I will be going back...Vegetarian options: I see they have fresh spring rolls, based on my experience I am looking forward to trying them as their vegetables were clearly very fresh with a delightful blend of flavors.”

“Fast the price was rite and the food was on point plenty of room to sit if you were to dine in located in a good spot with plenty of stores around if you have to care of some ”

“Food:- Thin Crust Pepperoni: delicious, the crust was thin and almost buttery flaky, and it was loaded with so much pepperoni, making each bite heavenly. I would 100% get this again.- Detroit Style Deep Dish 3 Meat: super yum. If you want something fresh that hasn't been sitting on a warmer for a long time, ask for any non-pepperoni option cause typically they don't have those ready for pickup. And their Detroit Style Deep Dish 3 Meat was great! Loaded with meat and I super loved the bread that was soft and almost reminded me of focaccia.”

“Walked in and was greeted by a warm welcome and an even warmer smile from the 2 young women in front. Very respectful and I can tell that they take pride in not only their o but also their workspace. Also you guys are way faster than most papa Murphys;) thank you for properly training your employees!! It matters more than people realize. I have never ever in my life left a review on any page or anything anywhere, but those kids in there deserve it!Dietary restrictions: They had plenty of vegan and non dairy/ gluten free products:)Kid-friendliness: They even gave my little guy a greeting as well as personally asked him what he would like on his pizza after I told them I wanted a mini Murphy and they noticed my nephew, they asked if that was for him with a big smile and proceeded to ask what his favorite is/what he would like. Although he couldn’t complete the order himself it’s the fact that they choose to go that extra mile, Really puts a smile on my face. And shows that they value their customers.”
