arrived in time for happy hour. Ordered house mararitas. They were a little lite on the tequila as usual for happy hour drinks. we love their chili rellanos and carne Assad's tacos. the service was good, the food was hot and the football game was on.
Surprisingly good considering it is in a gas station mini mart! I got the vegetarian burrito which has Spanish rice, refried beans, cheese, pico de gallo, sour cream, guac and lettuce. I didn’t have lettuce on mine and I didn’t detect any guac. They have a basic salsa bar with a pretty good spicy sauce and a green and mild sauce, as well as sliced radishes and some pickled carrots and jalapeños. I would have given 5 stars on food if it was more consistent. I went 3 days last week, same location. Ordered the same burrito, carnitas w/everything. The first day was good. Second day they made it huge, which Im happy about,last day Saturday was skimpy. All of the food was good to the taste and I will certainly go back. Nice register people and cooks were working hard.
