This place was okay, there are better options for the price. The tempura batter was very weird but the meat such as the teriyaki chicken wasn't so bad and so I gave it a second chance but it didn't really change much.
This is simply one of my favorite places in town. I live across town and whenever I am in the area I end up picking up to take home for dinner. The chicken teriyaki is good, the beef is great. It tastes very steak-y. The pork katsu is my favorite and it is so good. And the portions are huge. I'm a big dude and not finishing my plate is a rare occurrence in my life, but I occasionally don't finish my plate from here and I save the rest for a snack later. Food was okay, but not as good as Pete's Teryaki. The beef was delicious and tender, but the pork was tough and dry. I felt like I was eating bad jerky. The girl at the counter was friendly and her service was great, but the food was lacking. I was disappointed.
