I would give negative 2 but the manager (bald dude with the big beard) was slammed and short staffed in the middle of a remodel, and their system wasn't receiving app orders. They took almost 15 minutes to get my order together but it wasn't even their fault. That manager deserves a raise. This location usually nails it 8/10 times but the mobile app was sabotaging them. Im never using it again.
Hardly ever a line in drive thru. When there is one, it goes pretty fast. No one annoying in the drive thru and they get your order out fast.Parking: Homeless people usually stay away. They’ve had there troubles like all.

This is probably the only McDonald's in Fresno worse than the one on Olive and 99. this place has never not one time got my order correct. They are out of something, forget to put it in my bag or just don't even try . I will say that despite the manager trying to look like a hero and chasing away what she thought was a homeless person, but was a friend of mine that probably makes more money in a month than the entire crew at this McDonald's makes in a year.
