The food is okay, the service is getting worse. And I'm disgusted by the lack of deep cleaning in this place. My daughter dropped something so I moved the bench seat to get it and I was disgusted by how much garbage was there. How has management never cleaned underneath the removable seats? It's disgusting. I don't trust a place that overlooks the details so I will never be going back here. Can't trust the kitchen to be clean when the dining area looks like this.
We stopped here for a birthday celebration and sat up at the bar. The two of us sat there for a good, five minutes before I flagged down a waitress and asked if anybody was available to help us. Mind you there was a man back behind the bar in and out the whole time, and never even acknowledged we were there. What a surprise to find out, he was the manager! My friends and I meet on Fridays for lunch and today's choice was Red Robin.
