Went through the drive thru checked my order n it was had to walk inside (doors were locked) it was early 7pm they fixed out order then noticed our fries were still missing had to go back in to request fries
This is about customer service! This Carl's Jr. was very kind to my family. We went to KFC down the street and got $50 worth of food and the didn't give us any forks or napkins or honey/jelly. We stopped by this restaurant and they were so kind; let us have all the missing items without question. This is the type of community restaurant I'm proud to have in my city. Thanks guys!

Beirley was the employee that helped me out today. I saw that she was helping drive thru customers along with walking customers at the same time. Although multitasking should always be greatly appreciated by anyone, I feel that Bairley should have acknowledged the customers waiting in line, she passed by me a few times before she took my order.
