This El Polo Loco is always clean & quite. The Manger does a good job at keeping this place together. I appreciate when a food place is clean & the workers r nice it makes a big difference. They get thumbs up from AMANDA. I wish I remember the manager name cause she was Great. My receipt says her name is Kenia V
I ordered 2 chicken grillers and was disappointed. Posting the pictures to show how tiny this location makes them. Big o box for 2 mini burritos? Its such a joke. Tried calling to complain and they haven't picked up in over 30 minutes.Aside from that, it was a very long wait to get my order.This place needs new managment and a crew that is fast.
