“Excellent, authentic northern Indian food! The exterior is unassuming but the inside of the restaurant is well setup with great service. The portions are large and we had enough leftovers for a second meal. Highly recommend the vegetarian samosa, pakora and bhindi masala.“
“The woman who serves us every time is so nice! Maybe she’s the owner, I am not sure. She’s very knowledgeable about the ingredients in food and makes ordering gluten free very easy. I’ve tried couple of different dishes here and they’re all delicious!Dietary restrictions: Vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options.“
“Love the veggie marsala and okra dishes. Great service with complimentary chia tea.Vegetarian options: If you are not sure what you are ordering the host will kindly guide you. There is a cooling sauce available. I order mild.Dietary restrictions: Lots of vegan/ vegetarian options.Parking: Parking right in front.Kid-friendliness: Very friendly service and cook came out to welcome us.“
“Really fantastic food! I just got Chicken Tikka Masala, nothing fancy, but I thought the spice blend was really well done and the chicken was tender.I hope the owner invests in a larger sign and cleams the front area up a little. It almost looks closed from the the outside and there were no other customers when I went in. I bet they would be a lot more business if it had a sign to draw people in- the food is really quite good.“
“Enjoyed my food immensely. Delicious and we will definitely be back. I didn’t get any photos of my food because I was so hungry. This was my first meal of the day. I forgot to take videos and photos. Next time.Parking: There’s Plenty of Parking!!!Wheelchair accessibility: This Restaurant is wheelchair accessible. Plenty of room. Plenty of parking. There’s a Dollar Tree across the parking lot and there’s still plenty of parking.“
“Tried Swagat based on the recommendation of some locals. (Ends at 2:30pm, 7 days a week.)[edit: lunch buffet is ok]“
“Was a little concerned with the maintenance of the building and what I’d be getting myself into but I was shockingly surprised with how good the food was. We ordered to go and the food stayed warm with in transport. Will definitely visit again.“
“The new waitress brought my mom lemonade instead of hot water with lemon , I don’t think she understands English that well and it was her first day, so the owner ended up bringing the right thing the next time but it was in a glass for water lol, the prices aren’t that bad for the food..I got shrimp tikka masala with a mango lassi and moms got a soup an we both shared garlic naan, with her ice water Dal (lentil) soup , hot lemon water and I also got iced and waterParking: The parking is compact and tight , so it’s difficult to park an find spots cause it’s in the same strip as other eating spots and businesses“
“A lovely and very tasty indian restaurant downtown! Husband and I went on a Saturday night and it was nice to see it was busy. Food was fantastic - we had samosa, garlic naan, fish fry and butter chicken. Everyhing was fresh and so delicious. Service was a little slow, and our waitress was not very engaged with us. We would have appreciated some note on website that they don't have a liquor license but we did see one group get a bottle from next door. We had some chai and it was perfect. We will definitely go back, and with a larger group so we can try more dishes!“
“Excellent food and great service by the vibrant & friendly staff. The buffet is mouth watering with such a variety of dishes and cherry on top is the bread that comes along.Highly recommend for takeout and Dine In. Must try out their food and in-house cocktails.“
“We come here every now and then, it's my favorite Indian. However, whoever was cooking in the evening on 10/31 made the food taste exceptional! It was way better than usual! Seriously delicious and amazing garlic Naan. My favorite chicken Tikka masala, saag paneer wonderful, and the lamb kabat curry fantastic.“
“We ordered the chicken tikka masala, samosas, garlic naan, onion naan. Everything was awesome, I just wish the protein portion was larger. The place was clean and the staff were nice. They prefer cash tips because they don't receive the money when we pay by credit card. I will be going back to try their Indian pizzas.“
“2 Vegetable SamosaAnd 1 Papadum(2Pieces)Both items are so good, just enough species for tastes and Samosa is good when you're working long hours and the 3 sauces is a good combination with it. Thank you Pittsburg Tires in Railroad for sharing this place.Parking: In front of the Restaurant“
“Absolutely delicious food. Friendly and quick waitstaff. Perfect option for togo food, or perhaps to rent the place out for a casual, memorable birthday dinner (if that’s an option). I’ll be coming here again! Oh, and the prices are very very reasonable!“
“Food was really good. The samosa chat was interesting lots of flavors going on. The butter chicken was really good. The eggplant dish was the best tho. Cute little restaurant. Wish they could have more business. We were the only people there. Owners are very nice good people.“
