I understand why people give this place very low star, the service is really slow. It's fast food and im supposed to wait even 10 minutes to get what I want. First, I ordered online and when I arrived, they told me they didn't find my order and asked me to wait. Fine, then 5 minutes later I checked but they said it's not arrived yet. I even showed them what I had on my phone but they declined and still asked me to wait ... overall, wait is the key word here ...
