Well, let me start by saying the wife and I moved to the atea approximately a year ago from the South Bay. Where we had plenty of food options and the service was an experience.We have been to this location on numerous occasions. Mainly on Friday nights after watching a movie right next door. We love the water fountain feature as well as the ambiance in the complex.The service had been exceptional in the past.On 2/16/24, around 730 pm we walked into the establishment and sat down in the bar area. The area was busy but we noticed approximately 4 waitresses probably working the area. We did not see our usual server/ waitress who by the way is awesome.There seem to be new staff. We sat at our table for approximately 10 minutes waiting to be acknowledged and start with our drink order. On an occasion the servers walked by and would not make eye contact or acknowledge our presence. I get it everyone gets busy. Young employees. The way most of us start working.But after 12 minutes we decided to stand and just walk out like we just walked in.Now my question is this. Is customer experience at the top of businesses any more. Because people will always remember how they felt during a service. If the experience was.not a pleasurable one why would they return or recommend the establishment.Maybe staffing is an issue or possibly training when it comes to customer experience. It should be at the top of your priorities. Not just for profit but to stay in business for years to come.Thank for reading.
Went in for a quick meal so my family and I can catch a movie next door. We weren’t greeted or acknowledge for 30+ min. Only reason someone talked to us was because we had to ask if we are supposed to seat ourselves since no one has been at the front desk. They said it’d be 5 more min and someone would come. Nope 15 min later and nothing. So now we’re racing against the clock to eat and go see the movie on time. We ask if it’s possible to just order food to go and just eat at their outside or unused tables. The host said if we want we can sit at one of the back tables and scan the QR code and order throug the app and the food would be brought out to us. We thought that was perfect as we already knew what we wanted and just wanted to eat and get out to catch the movie. What we didn’t know is that this option meant every waitress would avoid eye contact with us, never talk to us and avoid our general area. we ordered and it took 30 min for food to come out but they forgot our drinks, no napkins, no one to ask for a Togo box ect. We kept having to get up and wait at the kitchen door until we can catch someone. And yes we tried from our table to wave someone down we tried waiting at the host table ect. This was the worse experience we’ve had. Also missed our chance to watch the movie. I regret adding a tip on the app. We pretty much paid them extra to ignore us. Granted it wasn’t a huge tip but it was also a small bill with the expectation of not really needing a server entirely other than to communicate if something was missing or if we need a Togo box. Host was nice. Just felt avoided, ignored and neglected by everyone there and most importantly the waitresses.

I've always ordered wings & nothing else because I felt I would regret it. Then I finally ordered something none-wing related; A burger. The All - American cheeseburger. And it was really really good.

Came in at 10:45 pm on Saturday night and the young Latin lady at the front desk refused to take my order. I had no cell phone and she said: “All orders need to be placed at the bar using the BWW app” and I left hungry.Update. Came back, A month later… thanks for the reply above. Your portions on fries and quality are still the worse. Oh yeah and old hard boneless wings are not good. They broke my tooth before.Looks like we have no choice late at night.LATEST VISIT Nov 27, placed an order on the app. And decided to call to make sure my order was done correctly because the last two times they did not make my wings as ordered. With the two different sauces. And once again called at least three times, and the automated system said. “ There’s no one available to answer the phone” OMG!! I came into a very empty restaurant. Please see my video. Only one person at the bar. A male who instructed me to come all the way to the bar with his hand. After I waited about five minutes at the front lobby. And once again, my order was made wrong. I often wonder if your employees are under the influence while working.Unbelievable, horrible service.

Overpriced wings. I remember buying them for $0.25 a wing back in Buffalo NY. It's a novelty food now, not like the side item it used to be with Pizza. It was never meant to be a meal in and of itself. Can't justify going here in today's economic climate.
Waited about 40 minutes and was never got to place our order. We ordered our drinks as soon as we got there and got our drinks very quick. I got a tall beer and my wife and kids got soft drinks. We had all finished our drinks and still had not placed a food order. It was now about 30 minutes later and we were discussing asking for the check, still about 10 minutes later the waiterss comes back and asks if we were ok, we asked for our check and she just said you have to understand on Mondays it's just one waitress. However, there were only 3-4 tables with people there. We had gone there because that is the place my son picked for his birthday, well that was a total fail! We left our money on the table and walked out. The waitress was quick to chase us out the door, but where was that effort to take our order! I would say her name but she did not introduce herself. I'm am extremely disappointed with this Buffalo Wild Wings!! This was on the evening of 11/20/2023.
I will start with saying that just to be seated when the restaurant was empty took twenty minutes. Then to have someone take our order was forty minutes. Food came out in an hour , cold and hard literally giving us a stomach ache as soon as we finished. Not only this , but it was a cherry on top when i had to use the restroom and .... there was a cherry .... on top ... I mean there was so much poop in not just one stall , but two , TWO STALLS out of the three were completely disgusting, human feces on the seat . I wasn't able to go to the restroom. (Women's bathroom btw so i can't even imagine the men's)

So trash don't come here!!! They bring out cold food, stale fries & waitresses always have an attitude or are just lazy. waited abt an hour for our food, barley any people there. when they finally brought out the food it was stale and cold. Complained abt dry wings and she said "it was sitting at the kitchen that all the sauce dried up but they had sauce" like wtf???? Also asked for a refund and she hesitated. so annoying.
