One of our favorite lunch spots until the last visit when the server had tablet issues and our order was never sent to the kitchen. He was nice, apologized and packed the order to go so it wasn't a complete waste of time but still. If they were less busy mb they'd be able to notice a table without meals after 45 mins. Thankful for my appetizer. I will cross my fingers for a better visit next time.

Chili's is one of my favorite restaurants. I ate Triple Dipper which included mozzarella, big mouth and chicken. It was very delicious. The staff was very friendly.

My husband and I went to dinner on a Wednesday night. We were pleased to have Donae as our waiter. He was awesome and had superior customer service, made us feel right at home.....my issue was with management. I asked to speak to general manager Shannon and she never came out to speak with me. I was sitting in the dining area when I decided to call to speak to her and the associate that answered the phone said she wasn't there, even though I was at the restaurant and knew otherwise. I didn't understand the reason for the lie, when I only wanted to give them a compliment. Needless to say if management doesn't care about the customers, how do you expect the employees too. Management is suppose to be the example and the example I received today was sub-par.

Good food, great service but there is one thing I find incredibly annoying about Chili's. They often give you a metal tray with a piece of brown paper in it instead of a plate. So, whenever you have something you want to cut (for example the ribs I had tonight), you're fighting the paper. Trying not to cut it, trying not to get pieces of paper in your food. Just dropped $25 bucks for some ribs, give me a plate.

So this was my first time going and as soon as you walk in it smells bad. And the chicken strips we got were rubbery. The fries were saturated in oil. The Mac and cheese was cold and looked like it was sitting out for long time. I will never go again ever.

The food was good, but the waitress kept the change without asking. This is called stealing. You should ask before keeping someone's money... then as we left they attacked the table like vultures to see if we left a tip, we did... and they bad mouthed us so everyone around could hear... this is why I don't eat out anymore... I don't need my meal served with a big side of bad attitude... sad that young people today have such low moral character... I'd like the Chili's Management to respond to this post.
