Reason for 1-star rating: Poor communication and customer service.We called 30 minutes to check if they accommodate walk-ins and, if so, the expected wait time. We were explicitly told they allow walk-ins with no wait. However, upon arrival, we were informed they had no tables available and didn't even apologize for the inconvenience.While we truly wanted to dine here, we were disappointed by the inconsistent information and lack of courtesy. We hope they improve their communication and customer service in the future.Reason for 1 star is solely on their poor communication and customer service.

MY HUSBAND HAD FILET MIGNON..HE DID NOT SAY A WORD TO ME ..HIS PLATE WAS CLEAN. LOLOL. I HAD SPAGHETTI NOODLE, WITH A WHITW CREAM SAUCE WITH MUSHROOM AND CURED WHAT LOOKED LIKE HAM. HEARTY PORTIONS. MY DESERT WAS THE LEMON CUSTARD BREAD PUDDING. EVERYTHING IS HOME MADE, THIS SMALL SOOTHING ATMOSPHERE RELAXED RESTAURANT IS THE REAL DEAL. THEY GET A SCORW OF 10 FROM MY HUSBAND AND I. Local and first time here! My best friend highly recommended and being Italian; had to try it! Food was DELIZIOZA ???. My sincerest compliments to the chef(s). I indulged in the Lasagna Bolognese and the portion and sauce were balanced very well. Garlic bread was light and simple, yet delicious, and the Cabernet was lightly bold and paired well with the meal. I’ll definitely be back for the risotto and gnocchi dishes at some point!Only constructive criticism would be the live music; for such an amazing establishment, the music was a bit tacky; pipe in some Sinatra or Pavarotti and that would make the entire experience PERFETTO!! ??❤️??
