This place must be under new management/ownership. We'd given up on this branch years ago - chicken was tiny and burnt, and they were out of stock of everything.Fast forward, I've been there twice recently - the chicken is perfectly cooked and everything is delicious. So glad to have our El Pollo Loco back.
Omg we had the BEST service tonight! Bryanah took our drive thru order. We ordered 2 tostada salads, one with chicken and the other w/o chicken. Bryanah asked if we'd like to sub chicken with avocado without us even asking!! Omg!!! Normally we have to ask, and then end up getting charged for it! We also ordered a Pollo Bowl w/o chicken, and Bryanah asked the same for that. She was so thorough, pleasant, and professional! Bryanah was also extremely easy to understand on the intercom....read full review

Everything is always great when I come to the Norco location. Please cashiers there are always kind and courteous. The food is always fresh and hot, and the seating area is always kept clean. 5 stars!
