By far the worst employees I have ever seen. I waited 45 mins for a damm burger get real here.

The location is a bit pricey but the quality is there. Toppings are free and the veggies are fresh. The portions are HUGE. Don’t order a large fry, you’ll regret it.

I got fries that were greasy and soggy. They did not taste very good so I ended up not eating them. The burger was good but comparable to the burgers you can get at other fast food chains for less money.

Always check the order at the counter. You might not be getting what you paid for, the bacon is a staple of the bacon cheeseburger one would think! Maybe if they had some QC in place or just read the order ticket….. good burger even if you paid for something else.

We tried the bacon cheese burgers and Cajun fries last night and we were totally thrown off by the unmelted cheese and the raw jalapeños. It's basically a home made burger with the toppings of your choice, just not well executed. The fries were okay just not fried long enough and the soda machine each option didn't taste right. I was also surprised that for the quality you receive they charged nearly $45 for 2 burgers a large fry and 2 drinks. First and last visit for us.
Food was okay. The fries tasted old. It was really dirty. No effort in customer service.

I used to like this burger joint, but I now find its hamburgers soggy and way too expensive.Hard to justify paying almost 40 bucks for a cheeseburger, a veggie sandwich, two drinks and one order of fries. In addition, when paying with a card, the first item that appears on the screen is will you tip 20 or 25 % per cent?, forordering at the counter! In n Out is superior for 50% less

This location has some of the rudest and inattentive employees. Placing an order for a specific time does not matter, indicating when you're on your way or in store doesn't change when they decide to make your order, or serve it to you. When I asked if my order was ready the person was rude and acted as if I was crazy to expect my order on time. The food is still good but the service is unaccepatable.

I recently had the misfortune of dining at Five Guys Burgers in Corona, California, and I must say it was a deeply disappointing experience from start to finish. The issues I encountered with the staff and their questionable practices left a sour taste in my mouth.First and foremost, the inconsistency of the staff was appalling. It seemed like they were arbitrarily selecting who would receive larger portions of the highly coveted "topper" French fries. It's disheartening to witness such favoritism and unfair treatment towards customers. It made me question the integrity and professionalism of the establishment. To make matters worse, when I attempted to place a call-in order with a real person, bypassing their flawed AI ordering system, I was met with utter frustration. Instead of providing the basic courtesy of taking my order, they actually had the audacity to hang up on me. This level of disrespect is inexcusable and completely unacceptable. As a paying customer, I expect consistency, fairness, and respectful service. Unfortunately, Five Guys Burgers in Corona failed to deliver on all fronts. It's disappointing to see such disregard for customer satisfaction in a supposedly reputable establishment.I strongly advise potential patrons to reconsider visiting this location. There are plenty of other burger joints in the area that prioritize customer service and fairness. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment by exploring other options.
