Absolutely a fantastic treat, being from NY we haven’t had jack in at least a decade. My mother in law asked if they had quesadillas and they said “no, but I’ll make you one.” Give these folks a raise. We’re coming back before we go home.
Where do I start. First off, the food taste and quality at this location seems to be a bit lower than at other locations, but I was nearby and it was lunch time, so I decided to go. I first tried to place an order on the app for pickup, but that was proven to be impossible. Food was hot. Staff was friendly......but someone needs to hold some accountability for the inside. 4 tables had empty napkin containers. Ice/Soda machine on the customer side doesn't work. Condiments & straws on the customer side were empty. Dine-In option is served in a bag; no trays. Tables & floors are dirty. Mgmt should be aware of how the store is being kept, or lack thereof.
