Very fresh food. I can taste the fresh garlic and fresh shrimp in my dishes. Dry spicy beef was good. Shrimp fried rice near average, kung paso chicken needs to improve. The “chicken meat” was breaded? Tasted like duck. Too much fat. Skeptical about it now lol. They’ said it was dark near. Nope. They do not use small chili peppers. We stopped by for a quick dinner for the first time at Min’s Dumpling House and we are glad we did! The food was AMAZING! We ordered Salt and Pepper shrimp, beef and string beans, beef roll, pork and rice cakes and dumplings. The portions were a good size, we were able to share.
