Food was excellent, but took a long time to arrive at the table. The waiter was quick to bring drinks and gave good service. The sushi chefs were behind in serving ( possibly short staffed?)

The server was great, the guy that checked us in was not!! I told him I had a reservation in the outdoor tables, made it so the kids would be able to be able to see the fireworks and he tells me well I have a big party that I'm going to sit out there so you won't be able to sit outdoors. What's the whole point of making a reservation in advance if they are going to seat you wherever they want. I understand if walk-in but not happy with the way he addressed it.

The sushi was good but a few pieces fell apart while picking them up. The chicken skewers were a little over cooked. All the other Happy Hour food was very good. The service was good and the server was very friendly. We are returning customers and will always come back.

Serve timing was off, one order was simply forgotten. Was taken off bill, though. Food was good...not great. I'm from Indiana, but lived in Japan for 4 years. Maybe my expectations were too high.

We went to ra on a Thursday night we went in the past the service was bad so we sat at the bar thinking it would be better. We orders 3 items a ramen bowl fried rice and a sushi roll. It took 45 minutes for the ramen 1 hour for the rice and after 90 minutes we asked for the check we never received the roll. It is hard to believe this place is still in business. Over 1 1/2 hours for one sushi roll. If you want to wait a couple hours for a meal this is the place. Terrible service all the way around

Tonight customer service was horrible! I don't care how busy a place is no paying customers deserve to sit and wait with no acknowledgment! & have to go hunt down staff to get things that are supposed to come with the order! I just left this place 3 nights ago and did a takeaway order when I got home I was given sauce in containers. So I assumed when I left there tonight I would get that same courtesy but no! It's alway one unprofessional person that has to show why I don't like like supporting certain businesses! I asked for some sauce and ask for a certain sauce I wasn't sure of the name he said he didn't know because they don't give sauce out! I'm like what! I just came 3 night ago and they gave me sauce without me even asking! & if I'm telling you I had sauce why are you telling Me what didn't happen goof! He then had a lady hand over the sauce guess he didn't want to deal with me. I will not be back! I wish I would spend over close o $100 on some damn food to get treated like a bum! Hate poor customer service!

the food was okay, the price is very reasonable. the wait was really long, it was after Sunday church lunch rush so it was justified. the characters in the photo are apparently not Japanese..not sure if the store is a fusion of other asian culture. It's a Sushi place, it's wrong for me to assume that all th decor will be related to Japan and its culture.

RA Sushi isbone of our favorite sushi place we always go too. Service has been really bad prior to covid. Today we decided to go RA and 1 order of sushi literally took an hour and 45 mins to come out. I hate leaving bad reviews but management needs to make some changes. This is probably 1 of the reason why the place is empty.

Prices keep rising, portions keep shrinking. If you're in Corona go to Hon Sushi on Rimpau & Magnolia. It's the best!!! Big portions, good prices. RA has really gone down hill fast.

Just not good. We made reservations for a Monday just in case. Maybe 2 tables we seated when we arrived and the place was empty. Our table wasn't ready but no big deal, when was ready it was in a dark corner and 2 mis matched height tables pushed together, for 5. There were many other options. When rest of our party came they mentioned what was this table situation and how weird it was. Not off to greatest start but let's not make it an issue but it just felt "off" like we were some bother with a whole 5 of us. Why put us in a dark corner when only 2 or 3 other parties inside the whole restaurant (a few were seated outside in addition) Let's go on, gnats galore!!! So many gnats it was a game to catch them mid air at our table. I cringed every time one was caught, prob 10 in less then 5 minutes. Ekkk let's hope not in the food. Ordered drinks appetizer etc. Things we have enjoyed before, not so good now. I ordered the same drink 2x and second drink had no garnish like first. It wasn't a refill, it was a bar drink. Food was blah. Most my party got chicken /steak meals because they aren't sushi eaters but this was an occasion for a sushi person. No garnish or anything nice on plate. Sushi came, no wasabi or ginger, needed to ask for it. Never have I ever gotten sushi with no ginger or wasabi, usually it's right on the plate. There was clearly an occasion at our table because there were gifts and a balloon that said happy birthday but no acknowledgement of it. Definitely not worth it to make a reservation or the cost of this super disappointing meal. Clean up the place, pay attention to details and don't put parties at mis matched height tables, especially when 15+ other options and the place is dead. Decided that we are taking this place off our list of places we go.

I've worked in the restaurant industry for 11 years. This place is a dump. AVOID. You're better off going to get sushi at a 7-11. Service there would be light years ahead of RA in Corona. To Management: have some decency and at least vacuum the damn place for crying out loud.

Hibachi plate was very salty. Sushi are K not to die for. If you're looking for good sushi place this is definitely not the one.

Terrible service and dirty. This place used to be awesome but it's really gone down hill. Service was lacking but sushi was pretty good. Won't be back.

We are happy we gave this place another try after our bad experience last time. It appears they are still short staffed but our waitress ( I cannot remember her name at the moment) she was so great. Very attentive and made the dinning experience great. She was friendly and did a wonderful job. We spoke with the manager and told him how happy we were with the food and the service and that we would return. He was working his tail off delivering food and making sure all the tables had what they needed. We appreciate that they are working so hard to make it a good experience. Way to go to the service and the food! Thank you
