Guy, working at 3:22pm. on 01/16 was SO rude! Horrible customer service! He was making and delivering the drinks with an attitude. He definitely needs to be retrained! I always go to Boba Star across the street, but I was on my break and had only a few minutes to spare, so I gave this place another try, and I instantly regretted that choice. If you want fast, FRIENDLY, and boba drinks at a good price, I recommend BOBA STAR ACROSS THE STREET in El Super shopping center! They provide a stamp card too and can earn free drinks!

Stumbled upon this boba shop, being in the area and using the one and only YELP! Saw it had great reviews. Not going to lie i was a bit skeptical. Im glad we checked it out!!! The flavors were so authentic and good. I was trying to savor each sip. Would definitely come back.

Rapha tea makes good quality yummy tea. I am glad they opened at this location because Corona can always use more dessert drink places. Having said that, I am sad that the price of boba have gone ridiculously high everywhere. A regular size with a topping adder is like 6+ bucks now. There is no such thing as quick inexpensive snacks / drinks anymore.. everything is like what cheap meals used to cost before covid. My family of 5 spending $40 on like half a gallon of milk and tea... sigh..

Atleast greet me with a smile it took them a while to realize I was there they need like a bell or something cus they were in the back and then I wanted to order and the lady made me order at the self service I was the only one there they could had helped me out never again

The menu selection is huge so it can be a little bit confusing but what kind of puts me off is they are always out of something. I hadn't been in a while and i recently tried it again. I was looking at the menu to decide when the employee told me to order off the ipad and to let her know if she had any questions. She just stood there by me while i figured the thing out. Weird but not sure if thats some kind of protocol. The other employee making the drinks was very nice and helpful. I went midday when the store was empty and it was pretty clean. Compared to other nearby boba stores, this place has the biggest drink selection if you want something adventurous to drink.

With a few people waiting to order why only have one system to take orders instead of having your employees standing around. Been coming to Rapha and totally understand they want to try new things but makes your regulars not wanting to come back :/
